Shipping policy

LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING 

Live animals are shipped Fed Ex Priority Overnight or Delta Dash when required. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on replacements/exchanges. We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges incurred for upholding our guarantee; they are the responsibility of you, the buyer. We do not offer credits or refunds on shipping for replacement animals. All Animals held at a FedEx Hub for pickup MUST be picked up within 3 hours of Hub arrival, or Live Arrival Guarantee is voided. If your live animal arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy or is damaged in any way upon arrival, the customer must notify SATOO of the deceased or unhealthy animal immediately upon receiving the animal(s). An email with a photo attached of the contents of the shipment may be requested to be emailed for verification. SATOO is not responsible for any carrier delays. Any significant delay by the carrier will void our Live Arrival Guarantee. 

DRY GOODS & SUPPLIES

Dry goods and Supplies are shipped standard ground services via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. Carrier selection is at our discretion. Typical delivery times range from 2- 6 business days.
