It’s hard to believe we’ve been at this for a decade, but the scales don’t lie! This week, SATOO Reptiles and Aquatics officially turns 10 years old.
From our Day 1 "hatchling" phase in Lakewood to our current habitat in Parma, it’s been a wild ride. We’ve witnessed the Cavs bring a trophy to Cleveland, survived a global pandemic, and somehow outlived every TikTok trend imaginable. If we’re being honest, the behind-the-scenes challenges of running SATOO for ten years probably deserves its own Netflix documentary.
But year after year, the privilege of serving Northeast Ohio and our customers across the country has been our greatest honor. On behalf of owners Mike and Tim, our longtime managers Preston and Sidney, and the entire team, we thank you.
