Effective immediately, unless otherwise discussed, ALL Live Animal shipments will be shipped to your nearest FedEx hub for customer pick-up. This is the safest way to ship Animals this time of year with cooler temps and the chance of delays.
Animals will be shipped to the FedEx Hub closest to the address you've provided in your order. If you have a specific Hub request, please put that In the 'notes' section of your order, or call/email the shop.
The Hub's address will be in the tracking information email that is sent once the shipment is booked. If you don't see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
